2025-2026 Piano Season
September: 2025
9/4/25: Thursday Studio opens for the academic year.
September is a full month of regularly M-F lessons.
October: 2025
Honors Competition Registration deadline, Friday October 24th.
The Honors Competition is scheduled for Saturday February 7th, 2026 with the Winners recital scheduled for Sunday February 22, details to follow,
October: No Performance Events.
Our fall event has been moved into November to allow students more time to prepare their recital pieces.
Reminder: No Lessons on Halloween, Friday evening 10/31.
November: 2025
Fall Performance: Sunday November 9th: Music on Spanish Themes.
This event will have a non-refundable registration fee. Details to follow.
No Piano Lessons Nov 26-28 Wednesday - Friday. Thanksgiving Holiday
December: 2025
Christmas Holiday Recital: Sunday December 7th.

Performance Group A: 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Performance Group B: 4:15-5:00 PM
Performance Group C: Adult Class 5:15-6:00 PM

Lessons resume Monday January 5th
Monday January 19 *regularly scheduled lessons continue in Honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
Reminder: There are no performance events in January.
February: 2026
Honors Competition: Sunday February 2, Adjudication Time 2:00 - 4:30 Pm
*(Alternate Date: for Honors Competition Saturday February 21st incase of inclement weather)
Honors Recital and Awards: Sunday February 22
Time: 4:30-5:30 Pm / Pizza Party following.
(*Alternate Date for the Honors Recital & Party is Sunday April 12 incase of inclement weather .
Reminder: No Lessons Friday February 13th - Monday February 16th, Presidents Day weekend.
March: 2026
The Groundhog Performance Event: Sunday March 15th. Location at the studio.
Registration details to follow.
Group A: 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Group B: 4:15-5:00 PM
Group C: Adult Class 5:15-6:00 PM
March 16-18 Early Piano Registration opens.
Students who register ahead of time for next season receive a discount on their registration fee.
Reminder: March 30, 31 & April 1, 2, 3rd *Mr. Seifert's Spring Vacation. No lessons
April 2026:
Reminder: Regularly scheduled lessons resume Monday April 6th through the end of the month.
*Reminder: Sunday April 12 is reserved as an alternate date for the Honors recital if there is a need to reschedule.
Performance Event: Festival of Piano Duets
Saturday April 25th. Time: 6:30 PM Cunningham Piano in King of Prussia
This event features students of Rick Seifert & Julia Chukinas. Ice Cream Social following at Nor View Farm 670 Henderson Rd, King of Prussia, Pa *Dutch Treat.
May: 2026
The month of May is used for students sharpen their Spring recital repertoire.
Reminder: No lessons Memorial Day Weekend Friday May 22 - Monday May 25 Lessons resume Tuesday May 26th.
June: 2026
Reminder: The annual Spring Recital is scheduled for Sunday June 7th.
